Time Zone Converter & Meeting Planner
About the Time Zone Converter
Convert any date and time between cities and time zones, side by side. Search over 400 time zones or common city names, and see each place’s local time, date, UTC offset and whether it is working hours there. The meeting planner shows the whole day across every city you add, highlighting the hours that fall inside everyone’s working day. Daylight-saving changes are handled automatically and flagged when one is near.
This tool works in your browser: the files and text you use are processed on your device and are not uploaded.
How to use it
- Set the date and time for your base city (or press Now).
- Add the other cities you need — type a city like “Dubai” or a zone like “UTC”.
- Use the meeting planner to tap an hour that suits everyone, then copy the summary text or a link to share.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses your browser’s built-in time zone database, so each city’s daylight-saving rules are applied for the exact date you choose. If clocks change within a week of that date, the city card tells you.
What does “+1 day” mean?
It means that city is already on the next calendar day compared with your base city at that moment (or “−1 day” for the day before).
Can I share a meeting time?
Yes. “Copy text” gives a one-line summary such as “15:00 London = 19:00 Lahore = 10:00 New York”, and “Copy link” opens this page with the same cities and time.
Which hours count as work hours?
The planner treats 08:00–18:00 local time as working hours, 07:00 and 18:00–22:00 as early or evening, and the rest as night.
