Why does it need camera access?
The scanner reads frames from your live camera to detect the code. The video is analysed on-device in real time and nothing is recorded or uploaded.
It won’t open my camera — what’s wrong?
Camera access requires a secure (HTTPS) connection and your permission. Check that you allowed the camera prompt and that no other app is using the camera.
Which QR codes can it read?
Standard QR codes containing links, plain text, contact details and similar data. Point the rear camera at the code and hold steady for a moment.
